3 Simple Steps to
Register
1. CONTACT US
Call or e-mail our office to discuss your contest Orlando travel package options. At this point we will send a Contest
Package Agreement and initial travel & competition
itinerary based on your needs. The Agreement will list the
deposit and paperwork deadlines that you will be expected
to follow.
2. COMPLETE ENTRY FORMS
Entry Forms will be sent to you along with your Contest Package
Agreement. Performance
order is determined by the order deposits are received.
Entry forms and non-refundable fees are not required immediately,
but must ultimately be in our office no later than January
14, 2011 to avoid additional fees. Thoroughly read,
complete and sign each form before mailing with payment

3. RELAX!!
Your Event Coordinator will be in contact
with you throughout your Contest of Champions experience
to assist in all aspects of your trip, for reminders and
question/answer sessions. In order to protect the
confidentiality of your group, we WILL NOT accept phone
calls from parents, chaperones or any individual inquiring
about your group.
